2020 MoneyBack VIP Upgrade Program Terms and Conditions

From now till 31 December 2020, MoneyBack members with accumulative spending across PARKnSHOP, Watsons and FORTRESS (including physical store and eStore) equivalent to or over $35,000 in total, will be upgraded to VIP status on the second working day of next month.
MoneyBack members can login to MoneyBack App or website, and check the annual accumulative spending at “My Account” page. The accumulative spending is counted and accumulated from 1 January 2020.
The displayed Purchase Amount at MoneyBack App or website is equivalent to the Net Purchase Amount which members can earn Reward Points. It does not include decimals. (For Example, if the Net Purchase Amount is $53.9, the displayed Purchase Amount will show $53.)
Purchase Amount of exclusion items at PARKnSHOP, Watsons and FORTRESS are not included in the calculation of member accumulative spending. For details, please refer to the latest promotion materials of PARKnSHOP, Watsons and FORTRESS, or contact the store staff.
2020 MoneyBack VIP membership will be valid till 30 June 2021.
If there are any discrepancies between the English and the Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
MoneyBack, PARKnSHOP, Watsons and FORTRESS decision is final shall there is any disputes.

PARKnSHOP “Free Delivery upon $250 single purchase” Terms & Conditions:

Delivery service is free when VIP member purchases $250 or more in store.
Shop & Drop delivery service is not applicable to purchase of fresh, frozen and chilled items.
In the event of a lift breakdown during delivery we will make arrangements to deliver the goods at another time.
Delivery service will be suspended when the typhoon signal No.8 or above or the black rainstorm signal is hoisted. In this event customers will be contacted to re-schedule delivery time.
If delivery is delayed, postponed or cancelled due to traffic, weather, different district or other factors, the Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage, no matter whether the factor which causes the delay, postponement or cancellation is within the control of the Company or not.
Delivery service is not applicable to areas that cannot be reached directly by our vehicles. Additional Delivery charge may apply in selected areas.
If no elevator service is available for premises, home delivery service will be made up to 3rd storey only (Counting from ground floor). An additional delivery fee of $40 per floor will be charged for the address located above the 3rd storey where no elevator service is available. Such additional delivery fee is to be paid in cash directly to the delivery driver when the items are delivered.
Please note that all goods will be delivered as scheduled and to the best of our ability. We aim to deliver the goods when there is somebody in. We cannot accept responsibility for goods left outside at the customer's request.
We reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee if the recipient is not available to accept delivery at the nominated delivery time.
It is the responsibility of the customer to notify PARKnSHOP.com immediately of any change to their delivery address.
